Candle Care

Burn Time
To prevent tunnelling and help your candle create a “memory,” let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the glass the first time you light it. Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This helps preserve its scent and ensures an even burn.

Diffuser Care

First Time Use
Place the reed sticks into the diffuser oil and allow them to soak for about one hour. After one hour, flip the reeds to saturate the other end, and you'll start to notice the fragrance filling your space.

Reed Diffuser Maintenance
To keep the fragrance flowing, flip the reeds every week or whenever you notice the scent fading. The reeds will continue to release a light fragrance within 24 hours of flipping. If the scent dissipates more quickly than usual, flipping the reeds will recharge them.

Diffuser Storage
Keep your Reed Diffuser out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to prevent the fragrance from evaporating faster. Ensure the diffuser is placed out of reach of children and pets, and avoid areas where it could be knocked over. Keep the diffuser away from electrical appliances to prevent any risk of damage.

Safety Precautions

• If diffuser oil gets into your eyes, wash immediately with water.
• In case of a spill, clean the area immediately to prevent stains or damage.
• Never light the reeds of a Reed Diffuser.

Wax Melt Care

How to Use
Place your oil burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Place the soy wax pod in the top of the oil burner and light a tea light candle in the base. Make sure to extinguish the tea light flame before leaving the room.

Reusing Your Wax Pods
The wax pod will solidify after each use, allowing for up to 10 hours of fragrance. Once the scent has dissipated, you can easily replace the pod by allowing it to cool, then placing the burner in the freezer for a short time. This will release the pod without any mess.
